About the Department:

The Department of Electronics was started in the college in 1976 with the efforts put by the  eminent  faculty  from  the department of Physics. In about past half century we have produced human resource of best quality that has made a  mark not only at national level but at international level as well.  The  department  has  not  only  developed  it's  own standard  but  also  strived  hard  to  produce  expansion in terms of introducing IT as a Vocational subject and B. Sc. IT  (Honors)  degree  course.  In  the  present  era  of  research and innovations we are moving ahead with a provincial interdisciplinary Research Hub in  Electronics,  IT  and  Computer Science.
