How It Works

Teacher Starts a Session
The teacher logs into the Attendance Manager and selects the relevant class or course. An attendance session is then initiated for the scheduled class.

Students participate in the active attendance session through the designated attendance process. Attendance is recorded against the specific class, session, date, and time.

Attendance Verification
The system can use location and geofence verification to help ensure that attendance is being recorded from the designated academic premises. Suspicious or invalid attendance activity can be identified separately.
